The mission of Dietzler Farms is to raise beef cattle that yield healthy, tender, flavorful meat.
To do that, eight years ago we started by purchasing breeding stock whose offspring would meet our criteria. Hereford cows are among the most docile of breeds and we were fortunate to begin with Herefords because they set the standard for good herd behavior and how we expect our cows to behave.
